If the x-intercept is 4,what could the y-intercept be ?

$$\text{x-intercept} = -\dfrac{
\text{y-intercept}
}{m}
\qquad \text{or} \qquad \text{y-intercept} = -4m$$

It could be anything depending on the slope of the line!  (I'm assuming you have a straight line in mind).
