if u have a kuko , will u then stay a kuko?

Well if you have a kuko (to eat?) then you are probably not a kuko because that would make you a cannibal.

And, if you are not a kuko to start with then it would not make any sense to ask it you will stay a kuko. 

However, if you ask if you are a kuko under these conditions then you really must be a kuko.

I think this is an enigma.
