Hint: Use the midpoint formula $$(\frac{x_2-x_1}{2},\frac{y_2-y_1}{2})$$to find the midpoint of this segment.

Then you can find the 90 degree angle, and find the slope with the formula $$\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}$$ then I'll let you take it from there!
