In a regular hexagon,  a vertex  angle  =  120°

 

So

 

3m + 40  = 120                       2n - 30  =  120                    

3m =  80                                 2n  =  150

                                                 n  = 75

 

So

 

3m  +  n   =

 

80   +  75  =

Since SW is an altitude....then angles TSW and USW  sum to   180 °

 

And since STUW is a quadrilateral....then....

 

n + p  = 180°

 

m =  90  - 55   = 35°

 

So

 

m + n + p   =

 

35  +  180  =
