In trapezoid ABCD, sides AB and CD are parallel, \(\angle{A}\) = \(2\angle{D}\), and \(\angle{C}\) = \(3\angle{B}\). Find \(\angle{A}\).

Since AB  and CD are parallel

Then angles A  and D are supplemental  ....so

A  + D   = 180

2D + D   = 180

3D  = 180

D   = 60

And  A   = 2D   = 2(60)   = 120°
