Can you re-write or re-format that so the indices are mathematically clear???

1/2⁴  * 3 * 2^1/2  = 2ⁿ      I will assume

3 * 2^-7/2 = 2ⁿ

.265165 = 2ⁿ

log .265165  / log 2   = n = -1.915
