3^(-x^2/3)>3^(4/3)    take the log of both sides

 

log 3^(-x^2/3)> log 3^(4/3)    and we can write

 

(-x^2/3) log3  > (4/3) log 3     divide both sides by log 3

 

(-x/2/3) > (4/3) [log3/log3]

 

(-x^2/3) > (4/3) * [1]

 

(-x^2/3) > (4/3)      multiply both sides by 3

 

-x^2 > 4     there is no (real) solution to this because the left side is either negative, or  0,   and this can never be greater                         than 4
