Well, you could just press
Inv sin 0.5 on your calculator. (make sure it is set to degrees - there most likely be a little D at the top of your calculator screen.)

you should know that it means

Sin(theta)=1/2

Maybe you just know what the answer is or maybe you know what triangle to draw to work it out.

these answers only cover angles between 0 and 90 degrees.
