How do I get the inverse function for sine, cosine, and tangent?

Using the calculator in this forum, click the 2nd button.

The sin button changes to asin which stands for arcsin,

which is just another way to designate sin–1.  The tan

button changes to atan, and cos changes to acos.

Other scientific calculators will work similarly.
