No,

mm stands for millimetres and m stands for metres

There are 1000mm in a metre

So that means there are 1000^2 mm^2 in a metre^2

and there are 1000^3 mm^3 in a metre^3

so

\(1,000,000,000 mm^3=1m^3\\ or\\ 1mm^3=10^{-9}m^3\)

No!.

1 m^-3=1×10^-9 mm^(-3) (reciprocal cubic millimeters)
