Is this a magic square?

This is not a magic square as:

Row 1: 08+24+01+06+17=56
Row 2: 14+05+16+07+23=65
Row 3: 15+11+22+13+04=65
Row 4: 21+12+03+19+10=65
Row 5: 02+18+09+20+25=74

And that's without taking the colums and diagonals into consideration!

For magic squares all the rows and all the columns and the 2 diagonals have to add up to the same thing.

You can use a calculator and check if this is the case.
