Is this a parabola, circle, ellipse, or hyperbola?

70x^2 + 40y^2 - 280x - 80y = -20

I think its a parabola? Im not sure...

Ellipse...the coefficients on x^2 and y^2 are positive, but are not the same....[if they were the same, we would have a circle ]
