57 x .5=57/2=28.5
What I do if a number is 0.5 I just half the answer. 0.5=1/2. 1/2 x 57= 23.5
That is RIGHT!!!, BUT: 1/2 x 57=28.5 NOT 23.5!!!. Use calculator. 23.5 x 2=47 !!!!!??????.
