Put it in variable form and solve for the variable, then plug it in.

L=Leya,  H=Hiro,  J=Jane

 

L =4H

J =2L

L  +  J =468, solve for L, H, J

 

Use substitution to get 

L =156 - cards that Leya has

H =39 - cards that Hiro has

J =312 - cards that jane has.
