I am looking at them as ratios. You donot need to convert anything because
all the sugar is measured in tablespoons and all the tea is measured in ounces.

Alissa => 2:5
You can think of these ratios like fractions.
1/5 and 2/5 are both less than a half so
1:2 => Kim's tea is sweetest
