These are similar figures.

The perimeter of the little one is 16cm and the perimeter of the big one is 40cm

40/16=2.5

So all the length dimensions of the big one are 2.5 times that of the little one.

6*2.5=15cm

2*2.5=5cm

 

So the big one is 15cm by 5cm
