Lim(x=phi/3) Sin(x-phi/3) . Cos 2x/sin(x-phi/3)
I took it to mean the following:

The limit is just cos(2phi/3).
If you meant to put pi instead of phi, then the limit becomes -1/2 (as cos(2pi/3) = -1/2)
