i can't seem to be able to calculate this (when |x|<1 it's obviosuly 1) Limit[(1 + x^n)^(-n^(-1)), n -> Infinity, Assumptions -> Abs[x] > 1]
Any thoughts?

+118658 I was going to look at this one but the question is getting old and you are not a member (members get emailed about new answers if they want to be) Also members havew the question automatically placed in their watch list and it shows if there is an unread answer.
Anyway - being a guest it means you likely won't even find the question or see the answer so what is the point?
