(2 -n)(2-n) + (2n -4) (n + 1)  =  (n + 1) ( 2 - n)

n^2 -4n + 4  + 2n^2 - 2n -4  = -n^2 + n + 2

3n^2 - 6n  = -n^2 + n + 2

4n^2 -7n   - 2  = 0

(4n + 1) ( n - 2)  = 0

Set each factor to 0 and  solve

n = -1/4     and  n =  2  (reject this answer....it makes a denominayor =  0 )
