-np - 90 < 30      subtract 30 from both sides, add np to both sides

-120  < np         divide both sides by  p

-120 / p <   n

9m - 3h  = 45     add 3h to both sides, subtract 45 from both sides

9m - 45  = 3h      divide every term by 3

3m - 15  = h

Corrected answer....thanks to guest for spotting my error   !!!
