\(\frac{9.45\times 10^{10}}{1.5*10^6}\\ =\frac{9.45}{1.5}\times \frac{10^{10}}{10^6}\\ =\frac{18.9}{3}\times \frac{10^{4}}{1}\\ =6.3\times 10^4\\ or\\ =63,000\)

First, you have to solve (9.45*10^10). What you do is move the decimal to the right (right because the exponent is positive) X amount of times, where X is the exponent. Now, you have the problem (94500000000/1.5*10^6).

Next, you solve (1.5*10^6). Move the decimal to the right six spaces and you get 1500000. The problem now reads 94500000000/1500000.
