What is the common ratio of the geometric sequence? −23,−2,−6,−18,...,?
I believe this is supoposed to be −2/3,−2,−6,−18,...,?
The common ratio is given by \(\frac{t_n}{t_{n-1}} \)
\(r=\frac{-2}{-2/3}=\frac{-6}{-2}=\frac{-18}{-6}=3\)
