Do you mean
\(log_{27}(2x-1)=\frac{4}{3}\\ OR\\ log_{10}27(2x-1)=\frac{4}{3}\\ \)
I'm going tyo guess the first one
\(log_{27}(2x-1)=\frac{4}{3}\\ 27^{4/3}=2x-1\\ (27^{1/3})^4=2x-1\\ 3^4=2x-1\\ 81=2x-1\\ 82=2x\\ x=41 \)
I believe that first interpretaton is the correct one, Melody....
