What is the simplified form of log base3 x^1/2 - long base3 y^2 - log base3 z^4?

I think this is the quotient property, but the three terms (instead of, say, log base3 x^1/2 - long base3 y^2 = log base3 z^4, or something like that) are throwing me off. Can someone please explain to me how to simplify this?

Hm, I think I may have figured it out. Thanks anyway! Please feel free to still post an explanation though as I would like to make sure that I am correct, and, if not, get further explanation.

0.5 * log 3 (x / (y^4*z^8))
