Now I am going to look at the RHS

RHS= 2 + 2 log ₂X
=2(1+log ₂X)
=2( log ₂2 + log ₂X)
=2 log ₂(2X)
= log ₂(2X) ²
=log ₂(4X ²)

So 5X ² - X - 2 = 4X ²
