how do I get a boy to ask me out
I am short,funny,and smart. this guy he flirts with me but doesn't make a move should I make the move but if I do what if he says no and I really like this guy but I don't now if he likes me back. omg! what do I do.just wait for him or what I have waited 3 years for him but he still doesn't get it. please help me. tootals!
