How do I calculate the volume of 1x100000 infected parasites to give per 200ul/mouse and for 50 mice. The average number of uninfected is 8x1000000000.

I am sorry but this question doesn't make sense to me. I assume you have infected and uninfected parasites together in a solution. You have 10 5infected parasites in how much solution???

I want to calculate how much parasites to infect when I have parasitaemia in mice at 10%. So,10% infected of the average RBC count which is 8x1000000000. I want to infect 50 mice with 1x100000 of the 10% parasitaemia.

"volume of 1x100000"

Volume has to be measured in something, ul, ml, l whatever.

anyway, I don't know if anyone here will understand exactly what you want.
I suggest that you try posting in

or

you might have more luck there.

Tonight I will ask the others if they can help you.
