2y+z=2
From the middle equation you have z=1-x
Now you have
9y-5x=3
and
2y+1-x=2 ==> 2y-x = 1 ==> 2y-1 = x
so
9y-5(2y-1) = 3
Solve this then substitute back to get x and then z
