We know that Joe has 2 fewer muffins than Ken and Liam has 5 fewer muffins than Joe which we add 5+2 to get the answer of 7.

 

7 is the answer.

No here is how you actually do it the question said how many more muffins did Ken have than Liam

 

5 + 2 = 7
