Several ways to proceed,  here is one way

 

perpindicualr slope = -2

find perpindicular line with the given point

2 = -2(6) + b

b =14

y = -2x+ 14            equating the two line equations yields an intersection point : 3.6, 6.8

    moving the same horizontal distance from this point as from 6,2 TO this point yields   x = 1.2

        "         "      "      vertical        "             "      "     "        "    "     "      "     "      "       "         y = 11.6
