i have this as my problem y=7x+b and the slope is -9/7

I need to find the other point. Just not sure which one is right!?!?!

7-0= 7
-7-9= -16
7/-16
OR

7-0= 7
7-9= -2
7/-2

Not sure what you are saying here - the equation you have shown is a simple equation for a straight line - the slope of this straight line is 7. Have you read the question correctly?
