This problem is awkward if you happen to have a foot in plaster. This is because unless you involve yourself in some fairly difficult manoeuvres you are limited to a maximum total of 15, (and 9+10 exceeds this). The problem is much worse if you happen to have a hand in plaster. If either of these problems apply to you, I suggest that you seek the assistance of someone who isn't disabled.
