sum of roots = -b/a = 11/5

product of roots = c/a = 4/5

\(\frac{1}{a} + \frac{1}{b} = \frac{a+b}{ab} = \frac{\frac{11}{5}}{\frac{4}{5}} = \boxed{\frac{11}{4}}\)
