Areas scale as length squared, whereas volumes scale as length cubed.  So the volume ratio varies as the cube of the square root of area ratio.

 

i.e.  \(\frac{V_A}{V_B}= (\frac{A_A}{A_B })^{3/2}\)

 

Mass scales with volume, so \(\frac{M_A}{6912}=(\frac{28}{40.32})^{3/2}\) 

 

I'll leave you to crunch the numbers.
