Firstly apply the order of operations (BODMAS/PEDMAS).
Thus first simplify the brackets 13 x 5=65.Then remember to divide the 7 only by 4 and Multiply this by 16 (7/4)x16=28. 28 +65=83.

Follow the rules of PEMDAS
Parenthesis (left to right)
Exponents(left to right)
Multiply(left to right)
Divide(left to right)
Addition(left to right)
Subtraction(left to right)

for u to a correct answer u should use BODMAS rule where B-rackets ,o-off or multiply ,D-division ,M-multiply, A-Addition and S-subtract
First u should the bracket part(17-6) then you will get (11)
second you solve 7/4 then you will get (1.75)
thirdly you multiply 16 with 1.75 then you will get 28
fourthly you multiply 11 with 5 then you will get 55
lastly you add 28 and 55 you will get you answer (83)

if my respond to u question does help please I will likely you guys send more problem.
