Yes it is Dragon but can you answer it?

whats _:12= 7:14

$\frac{x}{12}=\frac{7}{14}\\ \frac{x}{12}=\frac{1}{2}\\ 12*\frac{x}{12}=12*\frac{1}{2}\\ x=6\\$

I really did not need to make it look so complicated.

7/14 is   1/2

and 6/12 is the same as a half 

so

the missing number is 6
