 250(1/2)^(1000/2000)

Let us first reduce the above expression:

250*1/2^1/2        Since 1,000/2,000 =1/2

250*sqrt(1/2)      But sqrt(1/2) = 1 / sqrt(2)

250 * 1 / sqrt(2), or:

250 / sqrt(2).

So, 250 is a factor of  250(1/2)^(1000/2000).
