We can find P  by finding the unit vector for (3, - 2)

This is given by:

( 3 /  √ [ 3^2 + (-2)^2 ]  ,   -2 /  √  [ 3^2 + (-2)^2 ]  )   =

( 3 / √13  , - 2 /  √13)  =  P
