I'll do a different one or two for you

1) 390.6 = 3.906 x 10 2
its 3.096 because you have to write the number so that there is only 1 non-zero digit in front of the decimal point
390.6 is a big number, bigger than 1, so the exponent will be positive,
the decimal place got moved 2 places so theexponent is positive 2
hence
1) 390.6 = 3.906 x 10 2

2) 0.0006035 = 6.035 x 10 -4

3) 60300 = 6.03 * 10 4

now you can do yours
