Charlotte has 23 of her book left to read. She can read 29 of it each day.

How many days will it take Charlotte to finish reading her book?

It will take her one day if that is what you're asking

Mmmmm....let's look at this again.....

I believe you're saying that she can read 2/9 of her book everyday and she has 2/3 left to read.

Let x be the number of days that it will take her to finish the book.

Then..... (the part of the book she can read each day) * (days it will take her) = (the rest of the book)

Does this give you a hint about how to solve the problem??

I interpreted this the same as Sarabobella I think.

I think it is meant to be 23 pages and 29 pages. I think the answer is less than one day.
