3x+4y=6y-2 (Subtract 6y from both sides)

3x-2y=-2 (divide by 2) 

3/2x-y=-1  (Add y)

3/2x=-1+y (Divide by 3/2 or multiply by 2/3)

x=-1+y/3/2

(solved in terms of x, Note that you can't find x or y number values.. )
