Dividing through out by 3,we get;
3p^2/3 - 3p/3 - 18/3
P^2 - p - 6
(P - 3) (p+2)
P - 3 =0 OR P+2=0
P - 3 +3=0+3 OR P+2 - 2=0 - 2
P=3 OR P= -2
But in the original problem it doesnt ever say that its equal to zero though???
