For these problems you want to do the inverse reaction. So, in the case of -2=x/4, you would take the negative 2 and multiply it by the 4. Like so.
-2=x/4.
-2*4=-8.
-8/4=-2.
x=-2
For m/-8=10, you would take the -8 and multiply it by the 10, like so.
m/-8=10.
10*-8=-80
-80/-8=10.

You can solve the other two problems by following the same procedure of inverse operations, hope this helped.
