This biggest trick here is to take care of the fractions. Thus, you need to find a number you can multiply everything by to get nice whole numbers. That will make it easy to work with. That means you need the LCM of the denominators. In this case, the denominators are 3,4,5 so we have an LCM of 60. Now multiply both sides of the equation by 60 and you'll have a nice easy to solve equation.

Alternatively, you can deal with the fractions directly, just subtract 1/4 from both sides then subtract 1/3w from both sides, then multiply both sides by the inverse of the coefficient of w (or to put it another way, divide both sides by the coefficient of w).
