When dividing two negatives, you can already know that the answer is going to be positive. So chaning both fractions to be positive would not affect the answer. The second fraction -2 2/3 is a mixed fraction and is difficult to do division with so turning it into -8/3 (it's equal improper fraction) is going to be helpful. Then using the knowledge that dividing by a fraction is equal to mutlipying by it's reciprocal (the fraction flipped upside down) you can finish this question. (5/8)/(8/3)=(5/8)*(3/8) . Multipy fractions is just mutiply the top by the other fractions top and the bottom by the other fractions bottom which will equal 15/64. I hope this helped!
