Hi,

arccos(sin(-30)) why does not give me the same result than arccos(-1/2)?

 

I checked, and it should be the same (120). But it is not :(

Well....... it works properly for me.....you are probably entering something incorrectly.....if you tell me what answer  you get, I might be able to tell you where you went wrong......

Yes they should be the same and I just checked. on the web2.0calc they ARE the same.

 

Perhaps your calc is NOT set on degrees ??
