60 = k (2 -1)^3 (2 +3) simplify
60 = k ( 1) ^3 * 5 divide both sides by 5 and simplify
60 = 5 k divide both sides by 5
k =12
b ) x intercepts = -3 and 1
y intercepts....let x = 0 and we have that 12 ( -1)^3 (3) = -36
