You draw 4 cards from a deck of 52 cards with replacement. What are the probablilites of drawing a black card on each of your four trials?
A. 1/2, 25/52, 6/13, 23/52
B. 1/2,1/2,1/2,1/2
C. 1/4, 1/4, 1/4, 1/4
D. 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 1/16
If you draw a card and then REPLACE it, (as the question states) the probability of the first and the second and the third and the fourth card draw will be black is 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2
how many black card s are there ?
Answer is (A) you wrote it wrong
the answer should be like that if half of the card s are black :
A.1/2,25/51, 12/25, 23/49
If you draw a card and then REPLACE it, (as the question states) the probability of the first and the second and the third and the fourth card draw will be black is 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2
The answer is B)
Because everytime you pick a card, the possibility of black is 1/2,
And you are replacing it and shuffle the deck, so yeah 1/2 possiblity again.
Also i want to give you a present.

It says ''.....probablilites of drawing a black card on EACH of your four trials"? It doesn't say 'ALL'
