Using unit conversions 1 acre = 43560 ft^2 therefore .35 acres = 15246 ft^2
Then l*w = 15246 ft^2
Since l = 2*w we can substitute: (2*w)*w = 2*w^2 = 15246 ft^2
So w^2 = 7623 ft^2 therefore w = 87.3 ft
We know that l = 2*w so l = 174.6 ft
