V hemisphere   = (2/3)pi (radius)^3

2,712.3  = (2/3)pi (radius)^3   divide both sides by (2/3)pi

[ 2,712.3 ]  / [ (2/3) pi ]    =  radius^3     take the cube root of both sides

( [ 2,712.3 ]  / [ (2/3) pi ] ) ^(1/3)   = radius  = about  10.9 in
